Please note that due to the highly customized nature of our dresses, orders will not be eligible for a refund.

However, we understand the importance of the perfect fit. If you believe the dress does not match your exact measurements and doesn't fit, kindly reach out to us at complaints@qendresa.shop. Our team will respond within 24 hours or sooner to guide you through the process.

If the measurements don't match, you have two options:

  1. Return the dress in its original package, in good condition, and without any damage, using the same carrier. We will cover the shipping expenses for adjustments to ensure the perfect fit. Before returning the dress, please provide us with some pictures of you wearing it so we can identify the issue. Sometimes, clients may need guidance on how to wear the dress properly, and there may not be any problem with the measurements.
  2. Alternatively, you can return the dress in its original package, in good condition, and without any damage for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If the dress measurements match the ones you provided when placing the order, your purchase will not be eligible for return or refund.

We want to assure you that such issues are rare, as our almost 30 years of experience show that 99% of our customers are satisfied. While measuring the body is easy and simple, for peace of mind, clients often seek assistance from a seamstress who can handle measurements efficiently.
