All Qendresa products are tailored by specific measurements if the client chooses the option 'Custom', the fields to write(input) required measurements(ex.Bust, Waist etc) will appear and the client should fill the empty fields, and choose the measure unit 'CM-centimeters' or 'INCH - Inches'.

If the client has the measurements in a digital file or written on paper, she can take a picture of the measurements and upload the file by choosing the option 'File Upload'.

You can click the Size Chart shown in every product page and a window will open with detailed description on how to measure your required body parts .

In the left side of the Size Chart page you have every part of the body listed with their respective names explained in detail, and in the right size you can see a picture showing the body in three different angles, when you click the body part in the left a line will highlight that particular part of the body in the picture.

Clients can choose also sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL. In this case the dress will be made according to the size table which you can find also the Size Chart page.

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before delivering the goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

Goods supplied by Qendresa to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Please note that if you select a different currency to shop on the EURO site, and select Paypal as your payment method, Paypal will charge you for the order in EURO, which you will see at Checkout and in your order confirmation.
